This is a great hood that was installed over my cook top. The fan is the most powerful at 1200 cmf and is very quiet even on the highest speed. The wave hand feature to turn the blower on and adjust speed requires little effort. The adjustable intensity of the lights, allow it to be used not only as work lights but also low enough for ambient lighting. The professional type filters are another plus to this very good looking installed unit. On top of that, there was great support from the manufacture.

Best premium Hood, Quietest and strongest suction power. Three years ago I had the similar design installed to my previous house, but it was extremely loud. The gestures works instantly. Very handy, especially when you’re cooking and your hands are wet. And again, the suction power is incredible.

Great hood nice price and very quiet

Solid and well made, for instance, has machine screws in most places where one would ordinarily have to put op with sheetmetal screws. Mounting under-cabinet can be a chore, as the unit is heavy. You really need solid supports to hold it a foot or so below the final mounting position. Initially I got almost no airflow, but that was entirely my fault. The existing exhaust pipe was tapered and interfered with the vent flap opening. After trimming the flap to clear (easy, since the flap is simple sheet aluminum) it works perfectly. Take care to check this factor in your installation. I am only marking it down one star because the upper surface should really have a couple more, and better placed, mounting holes already punched.

This was a great value for what it is. I did a lot of research and this one had great somes. Very quiet but powerful. Comes packaged well to.
