Like if the wind is moving fast in a storm. It buffets. But it ends up being white noise and you do not hear it.I use it to sleep. Set it up on the side of the bed and I am out in 10 mins. If the fan isn't on I can sleep, but it's bit the same. I toss sometimes is all. The fan is foolproof. Good thing too. To know me's to love me.

I bought this fan after my ac started acting up, and it did not disappoint. This fan works amazing and is very powerful. Can feel it on the other side of the room. I would definitely buy this fan again. I don’t feel like the instructions were clear, but once I found a video on YouTube, putting it together was a breeze.

Have 4 of these. Been running for 2 years straight in a cattle barn in Texas. Only one quite working, but I’m 99% sure it was from rain water blowing into it. Great for the price. Advertised CFM is not even close to actual though.

This baby blows and is balanced like a cat. I cannot sleep without a fan on, and let me tell you, this beast will sing me to sleep every night. I'll use it when I work on my car. 10000% would buy again.
