These are low cost plastic knob trimmer potentiometers in the very common 10k ohm resistance. These are linear taper, as specified by the B in the B10K. Also known as B103 sometimes. These have very short shafts on them and are good for breadboarding and some DIY projects. There's a 15% tolerance which is pretty normal, I found all the ones I tested to be around 10% of 10k. There is no white marking on these, instead there is a slot for a screwdriver and you can also put T18 knobs on these pots. Good value for 20 of these things. Haven't had any bad ones. And yeah, the listing says these can be used for audio devices but it doesn't specify that it's for volume control. There are a lot of other adjustments in audio devices besides volume which would usually use a logarithmic or exponential potentiometer due to the way our ears perceive sound in a nonlinear way.

This review is for the "20PCS RV09 Adjustable Resistor Potentiometer - High-Precision Rotary Control 12.5MM Metal Shaft Knob, Long-Life Design for Electronic Circuits/Audio Control/DIY Projects - B10K Ohm." My main caveat is the listing states these are for audio control. The lister has no idea what the difference between linear and audio tapered is, or they would have specified it in the listing. Be aware these potentiometers are linear tapered, meaning the resistive value increases and decreases evenly over the entire sweep. Whereas an audio tapered potentiometer sweeps in a curve that better matched decibel gain. Also, these are not metal shaft, rather plastic shaft. One again, completely different than what listing states. Two stars removed for the above. The potentiometers turn well and have no observed noise while sweeping them. These need to be clamped and/or soldered onto a pcb. These do not have a threaded neck. If you need linear tapered 10k potentiometers with a plastic shaft of this sort, this isn't a bad deal.
