Very small package that makes it really easy to carry around. The tablets are also small and easy to swallow. I’m not sure about mood but it helped with sleeping. When I have insomnia I take two and fall asleep in no time.

Used to use biovea's 5-htp, but decided to try this brand as it was cheaper...made me very hungry, and I could not sleep at all..had to throw it away

Bad headache
I bought this because I thought the seratonin would help with my anxiety and the triptofan would help me sleep. All this medicine did was give me a servere headache and couldn't sleep. It makes you feel worse than better
