DAP Fast 'N Final Ready to Use White Lightweight Spackling Compound 1 qt.

I am extremely pleased with this product. I live along a golf course and just accepted getting golf ball damage as a price for living along the course. I discovered this amazing product, and how easy and effective it is to patch up holes in my stucco home, and how well it matches well once painted. It is a great value and applies easily with a putty knife. It dries quickly, is durable in the summer, and once dry, it is very strong and water resistant. If you have a two story, I drilled a hole in my putty knife to allow for a screw to attach to my pool cleaning pole to reach high areas. I no longer needed a ladder to make the repair. I attach a small paint brush the same way to paint over the DAP spackling once dry. See the pictures below. The second picture shows where I repaired vs. the original. The repair is on the lower right side of picture. and matches the texture and consistency of the undamaged area. The quality and matching of the product is superb! Highly recommended for its performance and value.

As a lady who is doing some DIY repairs around the house, this stuff works great! It is light weight and less than a gallon for quick projects like spackling holes or chips in the wall to prep for a new paint job! After 30 minutes of drying, you can paint over it. Very quick! I plan to purchase more! Easier to use than regular sparkle that comes in drum size buckets that you can't carry b/c they are too heavy! :)

I bought 2 of these to add texture to the walls of one of the rooms of my cellar that I am making look like a medieval tavern. Spreads easily. I just randomly spread it on walls to make the walls look really old. No problem painting over the spackle, and it looks fabulous as texturing under the paint. I have also used this spackle for a proper spackle job and am very happy how well it hid both and small and big holes in walls. It feathers out really easily. I love how light and fluffy it is. Actually it would be fun to play with, but maybe not a good idea to do.

This stuff works great and dries fast. If you smooth itmout with your fingers you dont need to sand and if you do it sands quickly and easily

Works well just not how I expected

Got this for a craft project and it’s very easy to use.

I use this in a pastry bag. It looks like decorative frosting. I create " fake bake" cupcakes and Gingerbread house cookies that look so real, people are fooled.

It works wonders for patching Sheetrock.
