Firstly, you do get a decent number of dried mushrooms in the jar, which is great. I rehydrated the required amount and chopped them finely for the meal I was making. They were a great addition; really meaty. So, overall, I am delighted with the product and wouldn't hesitate to re-order when appropriate.

Good quality shitake mushrooms

The aroma and taste is amazing!!! I am from Malaysia. Although not of Chinese background i have enjoyed good shitake dishes.I just used it today to make some stir fry noodles....OMG when i first put it in warm water...i could smell the scent almost immediately...it may be small but really powerful!I love the taste of shitake so i enjoy the pungent aroma and taste. Bought this to make some wanton...but the aroma was sooo appetizing i decided to add a bunch of them to my noodle....emmm am still enjoying the taste in my mouth!Will definitely buy again....packaging is really good as well...u can just store it in the container it comes in!

The mushroom has a unique taste, silky and sweet taste. Delicious.👍

Nice mushrooms! 30mins in warm water. add to your soup, stir fry. has a nice flavour. Also tried to leave it overnight. Even better.
