Vitafusion Melatonin Gummies, 140 Count (2 Pack)

These are great! They are the best tasting gummies I have found. I had tried just melatonin by itself and didn’t have good results. But the Vitafusion Melatonin has the addition of some botanicals that do the trick for me. I usually only need the 3mg dose which is 2 of the gummies. I have found that I am usually sleepy within 20 minutes and if I stop reading as soon as I get that tired feeling I almost always fall asleep. But if I ignore that sleepy feeling following taking the melatonin it may not help. I have to listen to my body. I have also found that a higher dose makes me feel “hungover, groggy” in the morning.Sometimes when the kids are too keyed up to fall asleep I will give them a half of a gummie which is 0.75mg of melatonin. This is of course with the pediatrician’s approval.

I really like this brand for melatonin!These dummies really work well for me. I have been using these for about three years now and I hate it when I cannot get them (they tend to sell out from time to time).I generally do not use gummies as in my experience they do not work as well as their counterparts in other forms but these have been the exception for me.They also have a pleasant taste and texture, and they are one less thing that I need to swallow which I do appreciate.I am a fan and will continue to use these.

I've tried everything under the sun, from over-the-counter to prescription medications to help me sleep. I've even tried Melatonin in pill form. Nothing has helped. This product, however, does make me a bit sleepy and assists with falling asleep. It seems to have an onset time of roughly 1 hour, and I take 2-3 gummies. If you suffer from waking in the middle of the night, I'm not sure how this will do for you, but to initially fall asleep, this has helped me quite a bit.Also, the fact that these are sugar free with great flavor is an added bonus for a diabetic like myself! I don't find this particular item in the stores often, but I can usually find it here on Amazon.

I use melatonin regularly to fall asleep. This product requires you to take two gummies to get the regular dose you would from one tablet. So- these are overpriced and not effective.They are not sold by Amazon. Returns will ost you shipping and restocking fees. NEVER buy this product. Just use any of the other options available.Truly disappointed.

They are the best thing you can use to help take the edge off and go to sleep. I’ve given then the teen also

I bought these for my special needs daughter who has trouble sleeping. She won’t take any vitamins or supplements unless they are gummies, but even then, she is very particular. I’m so thankful she likes these. They have made our nights, and in turn our days, much better. They definitely work for her.

These are yummy ... and overall wonderful. But - I notice that their potency tends to diminish over time. Definitely put a date on the bottle when you open it.

Great value. Works better than liquid as every dose is the exact same amount.
