B-Supreme is a powerful combination of B vitamins supplied mostly in their coenzymated forms, so that the body does not have to phosphorylate them to be used in biochemical reactions. This formula also includes the patented folate derivative Quatrefolic, which is an innovative form of folate that has demonstrated high bioavailability, solubility, and long-lasting stability. Trimethylglycine (TMG) and choline are also included to support methylation. Review: Good product, but check that the dosages of the individual vitamins are ok for you. My issue is the dose of B6 is quite high, with 50mg/day being associated with causing peripheral neuropathy over time. Might be wise to have blood test done while on any supplements. My tests were surprising. Review: These are potent and have made me feel much better. I would recommend them for anyone who needs vitamin b complex and can't have yeast.

Not everyone should use mentholated vitamins

Product code x000k1bboz expiry date April 2019. The tablets smell of rotten fish. Beware. I am disappointed as I thought that Design for Health had good reputation.

These are the ones my doctor recommended, and they work great. My vitamin levels are perfect, and they do not mess with my stomach when I take them on an empty stomach.
