The vanilla flavor is wonderful! I add fruit with it as well protein powder As for losing weight I have only been on it for 2 months- I started these shakes not to necessarily lose weight but for the many vitamins it contains- During my shelter Stay at home due to corona virus I wanted something healthy for my immune system- i feel so much better drinking two of these every day and hope if I ever contact any virus I will be healthier

Vanilla + berries
I generally get vanilla. I add in fruit like blue berries and strawberry. Peanut butter snd bana is also one of my favorite It's delicious.
