I love the outside net pockets, because I tend to carry my water bottle or coffee mug on the outside of my pack The internal key fob is what I usually attach my purse to as I do not usually travel with keys and it means I can find it easily rather than it slipping down inside the pack. There is now a tiny rip on the left strap stitching at the top, which will only continue to loosen and get worse.The back compartment, be careful as above the zip is what looks like a pocket, but it's not. There is no bottom to it so if you put anything in there, it will fall straight through and you've lost it.Otherwise it seems sturdy and it is well padded. Haven't had it at full capacity yet, don't think it would be that comfortable to be honest. Feels very new / stuff still when I put it on, but maybe with more use over time, that will lesen.I do like the fact it has two bottle pockets - one each side.
