Excellent product

Hard to find a plain melatonin tablet in this size. A lot have additives, but I wasn't looking for that - I actually use this for my dog. Many additives in similar products are dangerous for dogs, and my vet warned me about that. Plus, this is the dose she prescribed, so I don't have to give him 6 pills a day with smaller mg pills. The size of the actual pill is not very big, a little bit of peanut butter and he doesn't even notice!I expect it would have the desired effect in people, he does get sleepier than he used to at night. Not too drowsy (for a dog) during the day, activity level is about the same. He seems pretty happy.

Helps me sleep very well, although sometimes I wake up feeling a bit groggy. I have a fit bit and monitor my sleep and I can really see a difference, I have much less interruptions when I take one before bed, and I get a longer deep sleep. Works very well for my husband too.

This is a great product, highly recommended by my ND for occasionally sleep assistance. It is helpful to use when changing time zones or making other schedule changes. It's chewable and a pleasant minty flavor. I have purchased it multiple times and shared with other family members.
