Good quality, easy to take and it works to increase your B12 levels. Not sweetened like others and no flavour so it doesn’t taste like artificial sweeteners which is good. Would recommend.

Amazing!! I have struggled to sleep more than 4 hours a night for years, since menopause. From day one taking this as soon as I wake up.. I am sleeping all night. If I wake up to use the toilet I go straight back to sleep. The only negative experience is a bit of sluggishness when I wake up, apparantly caused by my body trying to make up for years of poor sleep. Otherwise my energy levels in the day have improved and I'm not falling asleep mid afternoon. I take half a dropper under my tongue as soon as I wake up. I don't drink or eat for half an hour after. I'm also beginning to notice my focus and concentration are improving slightly after one week. From childhood Ive been hyperactive and struggled with focus and lack of concentration. Ive tried all manner of supplements and nothing has ever worked before. I just bought this for sleep problems and it seems to be an all round miracle supplement i absolutely recommend this 100%. I have researched and found it also helps with symptoms of ADHD!

Would recommend. Product is dosed at a very level and is very convenient to use. Just use under tongue for a minute and nothing more. Had my bloods tested afterwards and my B12 was back in normal range after being advised by my GP that it was low. Great value for money and the bottle is around a month’s dose. No noticeable side effects but these would be exclusive to the B12 itself regardless of the product.

This is the second brand of B12 sublingual drops I’ve tried and this one doesn’t seem to be as effective as the first brand, which is a shame. I’ve been using it for weeks but having to supplement with B12 jabs much more often than I did with the previous brand. And it’s not cheap so I won’t be buying this again. Positives - it tastes okay and the dropper seems good quality.
