an exact replacement . very happy

I ordered a new valve. After installation, It started buzzing 2 days later. It needs the copper ring replaced. This is part of the rebuild. I email the vender and they forward me to another company. This is a run-around. I will never buy another part from this vender and I will be sure to let every other repair person I know about this experience.
