Makes beautiful ganache, deep rich flavor
I made a Black Forrest cake from scratch - using two bars of this chocolate I was able to make a large quantity of luscious ganache. It was as shiny and beautiful as it was delicious. Coupled with home made vanilla whipped cream and ooey gooey cherries it may be the best chocolate cake I’ve ever eaten. Shout out to Sally’s baking addiction and her glorious recipes. Try this chocolate - it is soo goood

In the description it mentions that each bar is 4 oz and a case has 12 bars. Why mention a case of 12 bars if it’s only 1 bar that’s being sold. Totally misleading.
