Love this shampoo/conditioner! Tames my frizzy hair without weighing it down. Great for thin hair.

I have long pin straight hair that has been heavily highlighted. This has made such an improvement in the quality of the hair that has already on my head, shiny soft and bouncy. I have also notice an increase in new growth. My hair is soft, shiny and genuinely may be the best smell I've ever smelled. The shampoo is an interesting color and texture but not unpleasant at all. It looks like maple syrup when it comes out of the pump but lathers up into a fluffy lather. Can't speak for other hair textures but I've been recommending it to anyone who asks why my hair is so silky and shiny. Even my hair stylist asked for the link!

I have sensitive scalp and used to use different brand but they had changed ingredients. Searched for similar one tried this and pretty happy. Have nice herbal scent that lasts too.

I've been trying to find a good shampoo/conditioner that actually makes my hair nice. I've got naturally curly hair that I like to describe as being like Hermione's hair. I shower every other night after work since it's better for your hair, and with previous combos, my hair is oily and icky by the morning of my next shower day. With these, after using it only once, that wasn't the case at all and the smell (which I love and can't quite explain what it smells like - maybe tea) stayed the entire time. Also with other products, I usually have to straighten my hair the night I shower because the next day, for whatever reason, my hair gets extra dry and my hair just isn't as soft or nice, but with these that's totally different. It's still a little dry on my ends because they're pretty bad, but I even put my hair up in a bun the night before and then straightened it in the morning and my hair is still soft and nice. I only give it four stars because of the fact that the next morning straightening is still a little rough, but I've only used it twice so far so that could change. I really recommend this.

First wash with this product and my scalp feels SO clean! My hair feels light and bouncy, smells incredible (the smell is so soothing and herbal) and feels the best it's felt in a long time! I've dyed my hair alot over the years and have yet to find a shampoo/conditioner that makes my hair feel as healthy as it did before dying it. I've also dealt with really bad dandruff recently from the last time i bleavhed it and NOTHING has helped that go away. THIS product tho?! I'm in love. One wash and no flakes. Everything feels so clean. Will 100% be my new permanent product from this point forward. 10/10!

I have used this product in the past and loved the way it made my hair feel and behave. I also did experience less hair loss. I bought a special gift set at a local korean beauty store and it lasted really long time. It was a bit expensive and my budget would not allow me to get it for a while. I found it here on Amazon at a good price so I was excited to get it again. The bottles are different than before and the shampoo seemed a little thinner and lighter in color than what I had. The scent was spot on though, so I am sure it is authentic product. The scent is nice, but may put you off at first if you are not familiar with oriental medicine type scents. It has an herbal, earthy, ginseng scent. Either the formula changed or my body chemistry did, because it now dries put my hair after using it for a few weeks. My scalp feels great and my hair is shiny and soft, but my hairdresser told me I needed to use something more moisturizing. I had started noticing it was feeling a bit crunchy at the ends as well. Sadly, this was after the return window closed.

I have medium long hair with fine strands. I’ve struggled finding a shampoo and conditioner that makes my hair moisturized but not greasy. My scalp gets oily quickly, especially in the dry cold winter months. And the length always feels too dry. After using this for a few weeks, my hair is shiny, not weighed down, feels stronger, evenly moisturized and not oily at all. The smell is good and pairs well with other products I use.

Really disappointed with this shampoo and conditioner set. The scent isn't very pleasant, and it weighs my hair down a lot. I do not feel my hair soft or clean afterwards.
