Holds up hour after hour!
Can't find them in stores very easily. The hook and loop hold on these Sanding Disc Pads works great even under high torque and pressure. Other brands I've tried gave out from the heat and melted or softened the glue holding the "hooks" on and they fell apart. The fiber backing has just the right amount of stiffness and flexibility to do the job right without fatiguing. I bought a few of these thinking they were like all the others I've tried, but I'm still using the first one with hours and hours of run time and abuse over a year and a half later.

ATD Tools 2076 6" Quick Change Sanding Disc Pad
ATD Tools 2076 6" Quick Change Sanding Disc PadWorks grate! Item is as described, for use with 6 inches hook and loop quick change sanding discs. This type disk uses a hook and loop system “like Velcro” I can’t say how will it works at high speed I was using it with an orbital pneumatic sander at a lower speed for auto paint finishing with 3000 grit sanding disk using wet sand method. The pad is flexible but is on the stiff side need to keep it flat on surface you’re working on for best results.

Best Backing Pad I've Used
For the price you can't beat this backing pad. If you use hook and loop sanding disks and your sander didn't come with a Velcro backing pad, this is the one you need. I had a Mac Tools backing pad on my last sander and I'd take this one any day over it. Last one fell apart after not much use and this one seems better constructed and is far cheaper. It has enough cushion and give to it that it won't gouge the surface very easily like a harder backing pad will.

Not worth it. Didn't hold up.
Went through about 15 discs before the pad wore out. The pads I usually use are good for hundreds, if not thousands of discs.
