Product was recommended by a Visiting Nurse for wound care. Healing was noticeable after only two applications.

Loved the results after using this. Husbands soars healed quicker with this product compared to other products.

My baby has the worse diaper rash from his poop that results in open wounds. I've tried some of the popular baby butt cream on the market - desitin, triple paste, and Boudreaux butt paste, but nothing helped. I felt helpless. I even changed his diaper Wipe. Nothing worked until I found and used this cream. I used this after every bowel movement and noticed the wounds healing and hasn't had any open wounds since. He'll sometimes get diaper rash once in a while but it's not to the point where it's open wound. This my go to butt cream for my baby now. I cannot recommend this butt cream enough! 10/10!!

As someone who works in wound care, I’m familiar with a lot of products—but Triad Hydrophilic Wound Dressing is the only thing that has truly helped my 2-year-old’s persistent diaper rash. We tried all the typical creams and pastes with little to no improvement, but once we started using Triad, the difference was almost immediate. It creates a strong barrier, stays in place, and really promotes healing. That said, I’m not sure if it’s officially approved for use in infants or toddlers, so I would absolutely recommend consulting your pediatrician before using it. We made that decision based on my clinical background, but I understand that’s not the case for everyone. If your child is struggling with ongoing irritation and you’ve tried everything else, it might be worth asking your doctor about this option. It’s been a lifesaver for us!

Just amazing stuff. My family member has incontinence and is bed ridden. She then developed Bullous Pemphigoid - a blistering skin condition. Unfortunately they developed on her inner (outer technically, still) vagina and butt crack. Our typical zinc oxide creams were not enough to keep the blisters which popped and became open sore dry to help them heal. Bandages do not do well there, obviously. This product stays put! It has been the only product weve found - suggested by the wound clinic even! The expense is absolutely worth it.

The triad hydrophilic wound dressing turned put to be a good product for the bedsore. I used to use collagen but it's discontinued. The Triad wound dressing shocked me of its healing ability. The only thing is that it clings to the wound because it's thick. Great and fast healing agent though.

This stuff is amazing. It speeds up the healing time faster than anything I've ever used. You can literally see an improvement in the healing of scrapes and cuts overnight and a little goes a long way. I highly recommend this product.

Great Product !

Best cream ever, just very expensive. The only thing that will clear up my son's backside when he has a bout of illness and is constantly soiling himself. He is quadriplegic, so good cream is important. We only use it during those bouts due to cost. No other barrier creams work as well, even the hospital ones, though they will sometimes offer this one.
