Review: Works like a magic - I was pretty skeptical, but it works! That is so cool, my kids are usually get their shoes dirty in 3 days, I have sprayed all their shoes and it stays clean as of now. On a hard parts of shoes it works perfectly, on a textile parts I have applied an additional layer for a better results. BTW, it says in the instructions to apply outside, which I did, expecting a strong odor, but I almost couldn't smell it at all.

I've used it to make one of my jackets nearly waterproof and also applied it to a whole bed cover. I have a cat who throws up about once a month and this sometimes happens in my bed. I think this product helps with cleaning the cover. The throw-up can't seep in as well while I scramble for cleaning supplies. So I'm glad to have bought this. It does seem to take more of the substance than I thought to have an effect. I had to apply it to my cover three times to really get somewhere with it. Still, so much comes in a bottle that I'm not too bothered by this. I definitely recommend this item.

**Q: can i use this product on a genuine cowhide rug?**
A: The Diamond Liquid Shield can protect any fabric surface that can absorb the protective liquid.
If this carpet is able to absorb, the liquid will protect it.

**Q: Can this product be used on face masks that cover the nose and mouth?**

The DiamondShield is made for any fabric or paper surface that is able to absorb liquids.
In this case, the mask will absorb the liquid and after it dries will become Hydrophobic, so it won't absorb unwanted liquids.
It's important to understand that there are many different types and materials of masks and there is a chance this process may damage the mask or damage the filtering ability of the mask.

Followed instructions to the letter. This product DID NOT WORK at all !!! I have used "Never Wet" on fabrics, and water beads off, so I knew what to expect. This product did not protect from liquid at all. Please do not purchase this product!!!
