I would say this atta is nowhere near to how it is discribed on Amazon page by seller..don't waste your money. Too much price for nothing...Aashirvad diabitic atta is far better than this product.

After using it for several days it is the best atta available in the market at this price range overall really good.

I didn't notice that there is methi in this flour when I ordered. While it tastes very nice for making roti, I cannot use this for making pastries or in many other recipes.
