The shampoo quality is good, but the delivery is horrible. At least one bottle leaked for all my past orders. Please fix the shampoo head design or improve the package padding.

This stuff doesn't do a thing to help with hair. It doesn't make hair appear thicker; it doesn't foam or make a lot of suds; it's junk. Save your money and get some cheap shampoo at your dollar store.

There is nothing special about this shampoo. Sure, it thickens a little, but the tangled mess it leaves is disappointing. It's no good at taming frizzies or detangling.
