It helped a ton! Pain went away. So I lent it to my dad since he was having pain as well. It turns out that he was having neuropathy starting as well in his feet which had been progressing for about a year and a half. He has been using this roller plus some lunges and calf stretches, and top of the foot stretches for about three months and the neuropathy numbness is almost gone!! And his restless leg syndrome is completely gone!!
