I'm having a pair of gorgeous, checkerboard faceted African amethysts set in gold by a jeweler friend, but needed a small pair of huggies for an event, as my amethyst earrings aren't yet ready. I even got these in a sale at 50% off. TBH, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. For costume jewelry, these are of decent quality. I did have to gently bend the ear wires just a tad so that they stayed in place better, NBD. Especially at such an affordable price IMO, you can't go wrong. The purple crystals are very pretty, and a similar color to African amethysts. A+++++

I looove these earrings! I’ve been looking for some like these for a long time but didn’t want to pay a ton. These are beautiful and the perfect shade of gold to match with all my other jewelry (Not a dark gold like other brands). There also very light and comfortable. I picked these also because the hoop is not open which when they are my hair gets caught in it and thy end up falling off.
