Badass Tactical Boots
I was looking for some tactical boots for everyday uses and going to range that wouldnt break the bank and I found them. I am really surprised with the quality of these boots for how little they cost. Not only are they affordable but Rhino sends you a pair of really nice padded boot socks for free with them. Cant ask for more then that. The box they came in was very good quality like you would see with more expensive boots. When I pulled them out I was pleasantly surprised at how nice they looked. I love the side zipper that goes across and not straight up and down. The boots have a perfect design of leather and cool mesh material to where your foot is well protected for more moveability and breathing features. They even have a couple of cool vent circles on each side of insides of boots. I love everything about them from the design, padding and the rubber tread on bottom. I have narrow feet so was worried they would'nt fit right. After I walked around I thought they were good and soft to walk on but had a little extra room on sides but not enough to send them back. Then I took the arch supports ( Easyfeet Arch Supports ) out of my running shoes and tried them in the boots and that's what they were missing. What a difference now, the boots fit like a glove now and feel badass! They do have a hard toe in the boots but it's not steel toe. I like seeing that because steel toe shoes are so much heavier. These boots are light and I love that! I will be buying more of these boots in the future as long as it stays a good buy At $55 I think I paid I figured it was a good risk to take since this was my first pair of boots. I will definitely be looking at getting more and maybe tryout different color as long as they dont raise there prices. If something happens in next 3 months I'll come back and edit my review but I believe these will stay on my feet for years to come. Very happy with my purchase!

Very nice but not milspec
These are a good deal and VERY comfortable. Just be aware that these are not real combat boots. They are not AR670-1 compliant. But at this price point, you shouldn't expect them to be. Nor should you expect a good, tough work boot. No steel toe and the material probably won't stand up to hard use. But it is the price point that make these such a good deal. I wear a 12 & 1/2 regular. Very difficult to find. I ordered a pair of these in 12 reg and find they are a perfect fit. So count on yours being approx a 1/2 size larger that what you order. I don't think they would last long out in the bush. The mesh part of the upper probably won't stand the scrapping and wear that hard use imposes. And they are not and can not be made water proof. But I believe they would be perfect for day hiking or those times when you're gonna be on your feet all day. Especially on concrete or pavement. Like a day at an amusement park or fair. They are considerable lighter weight than my issue combat boots. But I do have 2 complaints. I bought these believing I won't have to tie the laces every time. Just pull them on and zip up. Nope. Don't work that way. You don't have to unlace to pull them off. Just unzip. But to put them on and get a good, tight fit, you will have to loosen the laces, pull them on, zip up and then tie the laces back tight. In that order. I also wish these were available in Coyote Brown. But in the short 2 weeks I've had these, I have been very happy with the purchase. And delivery was exceptionally fast. Ordered on Friday and delivered on Sunday with no freight fee. I am very pleased with these boots. And if they last more than 6 months, I will probably reorder (assuming they're still available). Give me a Coyote Brown color and I'll reorder right now! I will update this review after I've had these longer to indicate how well they are wearing.

Well worth the money.
I've had these boots about a month and a half now, and I've worn them every day since getting them. For $40 I'm way impressed, because I've beaten the holy hell out of them in the short time I've had them. Between my everyday wear and some pretty good hiking they've taken some abuse and have plenty of life left in them. They've seen lots of pavement (the killer of all shoes for me, especially cheap ones) lots of hiking trails, hiked a few small mountains, climbed some small rocky formations, and most recently went mudding when I got caught in a thunderstorm on a hike *can confirm they're NOT waterproof*. They're exceptionally comfortable, even out of the box, not much break in needed. They fit as expected, I'm normally an 11 wide if it's offered, 12 if not, the 12 fit like a glove. I had concerns about the zipper, buy it seems plenty solid. I could sing praises all day, but now I'll nitpick. The laces are kind of poopy, they started to wear pretty quick, and they're entirely too long and get longer because in the first week they were stretching. I imagine they use the same laces in the 6" and 8" boots. I remedied this by replacing them with some paracord. Second nitpick is they're lighter color in person than the pictures, I thought. No biggie as that was fixed after romping in the woods a bit. Third and final nitpick is one of the little metal vents in the side came lose and was spinning freely. I glued it in place because I didn't want it popping out leaving a hole. If that becomes a problem I'll update this review. In closing: these boots rule for the price. I'd recommend these to anyone. I'm thinking about grabbing a pair of the 8" ones to try out, and maybe another pair of 6" as backup when I inevitably wear these ones out. So, stop reading this and order them! Also, bonus points for the kick ass socks that come with the boots.

Solid, Comfortable Boots Right Out of the Box
Iโm really happy with these RYNO GEAR Tactical Combat Boots. They shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described. The fit was true to size, theyโre comfortable right out of the box, and the slip-resistant sole feels reliable. I also appreciated the free pair of boot socks includedโthough unfortunately, they were too large for me. My only real complaint is that there were no womenโs sizes available, but thatโs pretty common with this type of boot. They feel sturdy and well-made. Time will tell on long-term durability, but first impressions are great. Overall, great value for the price and a dependable buy!

Military boots
These tactical combat military boots come with breathable holes, quick zipper slip on tightening shoelaces. They are equipped with great balance, slip resistant weatherproof all while being comfortable and fashionable. These shoes are perfect for indoor outdoor work and weather related activities for any season. They come in three colors to suit whatever activity youโre gonna use them for. I would highly recommend these because they are as advertised. These shoes are a great price for the product.

Most comfortable things I've ever put on my feet!
Most comfortable things I've ever worn straight out of the box! I didn't expect too much for the price, but I've been surprised. They are certainly not hard core work boots, but they are just so comfortable and surprisingly sturdy. I have been doing some serious demolition and construction work at home, and they are holding up well. The sole is pretty soft, so don't step on exposed nails, but they have been covered in concrete and abused pretty much, and are showing no signs of weakness. For the price and comfort, I'm happy if I only get a few months out of them... they will still be great value! In fact, I have already got a second pair because they are so comfy for casual wear, and my 14 year old son liked then so much, I ordered a pair for him... once he put them on, he asked me to order another pair! I have since also ordered a pair for a friend's 9 year old... looks like the start of a fashion trend! (I've already bought 4 pairs, and plan to order a couple more shortly!) The sizing is pretty true. I wear a size 13, and have a wide foot. I struggle to find comfortable shoes, but these are like your favorite loafers, and the sizing is spot on! (If you have a narrow foot, you may find them a wide fit.) Despite some of the reviews, I actually find them easy to take on and off using the zip, which was a primary requirement for me, since we never wear shoes in the house, easy on/off is critical... these are perfect. Seriously good value... but don't tell anyone... I don't want then to run out of stock!

Great price for a great boot
Update: Nov 15, 2015 ------------------ I have taken this down to "it's ok", since the soles are all ready worn out. I noticed initially that the soles felt a little thin under the foot pad and I not have identical vent holes in each of the boots. With other boots I've worn out the tread, but since I have only had these for less than 6 months, I am less impressed with the price to value. I will give the Rebock's a go. ---- end Nov 15th update ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---- Original review -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I debated many weeks on purchasing these, these are replacing my Converse 6" zippered that wore out and are no longer available. The reviews for these 6" Ryno's and price difference compared to Rebock's zippered helped me to order these. I have had these for over 2 weeks and they are well broke in. My dog and I generally put in at least 3+ miles of walkies a day and I do a lot of walking on the job. These boots are the replacement for the Converse 6" zippered boot that I wore the tread off of and the zipper broke :( One reviewer noted that these were $100 boots, I'd agreed with one additions. The first thing I do with any boot is replace the insole with Superfeet Green, this definitely adds to the price. IMO this is a must for any new footwear. The other suggestion I would give, is buy good socks and many pairs, so you can change out wet socks for dry and avoid blisters. My foot generally takes an 8.5 EE and more often than not I have opt for a 9E. I ordered a size 8, having gotten from the reviews these ran big. The Green Superfeet insole was a M7.5 - 9.0 and it fit without any trimming and these fit my foot and hiking socks very comfortably. These measure up to my Converse very well, except for ease of slipping on and zipping. A shoe horn helps and I just have to be careful not to let the nylon dirt shield get caught in the zipper. I like the idea of the shield, it's just taking some getting use to...

Love them
I just got these boots yesterday. As someone that has had 7 reconstructive surgery between both of my feet, missing a bone from my right foot that acted as a shock absorber , I can tell you this. I have had laboratory made shoes and inserts, have tried about 27 different shoes and boots to find the right footwear. A footwear I could wear and stay on my feet for longer than 15 minutes at a time. I use to love hiking and being out in the woods all day but due to my feet I have been limited to pretty much 15 minute walks and sitting around with the permit title of driver, which even driving kills my horrible feet. I am not trying to cry you a river here, I just want you to get a really good understanding where I am coming from, and why it was important that these boots be the right ones after years of searching. These boots are just amazing right from the start. I put them on and went for a short walk to see how long I could be on my feet with these boots. Well to my pleasant surprise, these boots are just absolutely felt as if I was walking on clouds, and not that crappy memory foam insert stuff. The soles and not the inserts seem to be taken the shock from the ground with very little shock traveling to my ankles and heels. I was able to stay on my feet for the entire time I wore these boots, which was about 5 straight hours. Now I know i have only had them a day but for me, someone that has insanely sensitive feet and ankles, it was a god send to be on my feet for that long. I look forward to seeing how long these boots stay this way. If they hold up for even 3 months, I will be ordering several pairs of these boots so that I always have the one thing that seems to have made me feel normal again in over 13 years. Thank you for making these boots and I recommend these boots for anyone needing ankle support and a very comfortable feeling boot to help you stay on your feet. Just amazing, 13 years of spending at times 1200 dollars for just 1 pair of space age shoes that just didn't do it for me to find a random pair of $55 boots on Amazon that is 2000% better than all the previous....
