Didnt have much expectations...but genuinely exceeded the expectations..day 1 usage ...everything was perfect....lets see how long this lasts :( but for the price i paid,i smile:) was a user of sony walkman mp3 fo last 12 years...this beats it for the price i paid...hope this lasts ....

I bought the product on Jun20 and it has charging issues from Day 1. The product will charge and play simultaneously when connected to a USB. The namesake support is a young Kid attending call, selling and owning the business. He use to attend calls initially and later seeing my mobile no. stopped attending calls. The device after working for 2 months stopped charging completely. On sending email the same young kid agreed to replace the product when I send it back to them in the original condition but after reconfirming the same in a second email before couriering it to him he rejected the claim to refund the product. In a jist... HE IS A QUACK SELLING CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS AND MAKING A BUCK FOR HIMSELF BUY CLAIMING 6 MONTHS warranty, if the device lasts that long. No repairs et al Go for SONY if you are a serious athelete at 6k rather than being bluffed for your money at 2.5K. I have burnt my hands, atleast others can safeguard themselves.

I was a little rash when I tried to charge the product the previous day. I thought the lithium charging cathode which is on the player rusted. But turns out it was tough dirt. Hence the player had diffulty charging. After removing the dirt it charged like normal.I was rash in my review and quick to judge.To be honest, to find and mp3 player with the same caliber, you can only find of the SONY edition which is three times more expensive. But being waterproof, or even close to steering clear of water damage; this item is a catch.Only thing is you have to take real care of the charger. Cause this does not charge with just any USB player. But keeping the price and functionality of the device. It is a real catch. I can run for nearly two hours on the tread mill with this thing on.About the fast skip to other track function, well.. only thing I can say is it is a real distraction. You sort out the arrangement of the plastic with numbers to keep your loving track on the run; that's how play it.

Just a day into usage. I am pleasantly surprised indeed. This is my first wireless only earphones and storage tech gadget and I'm enjoying it a lot. Here are the pros and cons. Of course the review may change of more cons appear but so far the following (one day review) -Pros - fits perfectly. I have rather large head but I was surprised how snugly it for behind my head and it sure reflects a trendy look as I've turned heads while jogging. The audio is like any earphone systems and I have no complaints although I haven't tried swimming with it. Device gets recognised instantly by pc and its just a matter of copy and paste of mp3.Cons - I found no warranty card inside. Writing speed is quite slow but that's because its only USB 2.0.

I had bought it in January 2018. It was quickly delivered. During initial usage the sound was not so great. After a few months of usage the sound quality and bass improved decently. Used to give about 5-6 hours of playtime with a single charge for a few hours. Was waterproof during normal sports usage.. Never have tried while in rain / swimming, hence cannot comment on this aspect. The charging point needed regular clean up, otherwise USB transfer didn't work.However, it was going well till September 2018.In October 2018 beginning, it suddenly stopped working with the battery completely drained. And it won't charge or be recognized on PC. It is completely dead post 9 months of usage. But still I think I was careful enough to handle it very carefully or lucky enough that the product worked for me this long. Have seen others complaining that the product got dead within 2 months of usage.2.5k price for a few months fun doesn't sound good!! Buy at your own risk.

This product is exactly working as it was described. I use my smile drive for swimming of 1:30 hour's daily. Since last nearly 2 months.

Bought i for my 12 year old son who is an avid jogger. He loves it and uses it daily on his run. THe ease of use makes it even better. I was not present when it was delivered and my son figured out all functions including how to load music all by himself. Great for people who don't want carry a mobile phone paired to earphone to hear music while running. This is just a music earphone and can't be used to answer calls. For the price it's the best deal. The delivery was an issue as bluedart didn't deliver on first attempt citing restricted area and didn't even bother to call. Only after I complained through mail to amazon customer care, bluedart delivered next day. Customer care was very responsive.
