Digi-Flex-10-0744 Black Hand and Finger Exercise System, 9 lbs Resistance

I like this product as it really strengthens my hands that the quality of life is better. People often take their hands for granted until they have issues like working in the kitchen & any tasks that calls for strong hands. I handle tasks in confidence knowing less risk breaking items in the kitchen, can work with big pans & pots w/o asking anyone to help me. Carrying heavy bags &'other items is a joy. I ordered another digi flex with 9 lbs resistance & will work with it this mth. Digi flex complements strength training with stretch cords.

This was recommended by my Physical Trainer and I have begun to develop power in my hand's grip that I thought was lost permanently. It is easy to develop a routine that includes using this exerciser several times a day and that is all it takes. This is the strongest version of the series and might be too strong for those whose grip is limited, but I found that even at my advanced age (over 80) it is within useful range.

I purchased this item for my husband who had broken his elbow and needed some grip strengthening after physical therapy. This device is perfect. He still uses it to improve hand/grip strength and it has become a routine part of our home physical therapy. Great product at a reasonable price.

Can do individual fingers and or whole hand, nice tool. I keep mine at my desk and periodically use them while watching video's. They seem to be holding up well.

The rubber cover piece on these hand grippers can no longer be removed, as they have been in the past. We need it to be able to come off for our physical therapy patient's use. We shouldn't have purchase 6 of these as now we are out $105.00. We did not realize that the DigiFlex gripper had changed. Please issue refund.

Use it when either hand feels swollen or stiff. Keep it in your car.
