Cheap And Works Well
Thise heating pad is cheap, has a decent length of power cord and works. I find I can sit two one gallon fermenter on it and it raises the temp of each by around 3 or 4C. Alternatively, of course, bigger fermenters can sit on it and be warmed up. No timer but Ifind it isn't needed. Just check where the temp is once or twice a day and move on an off as required.

All year round fermenting
Only one heat setting, but a gentle steady warmth allowed my wine to ferment well in a chilly room. I am really pleased as this will allow me to make my elderflower wine all year round.

Steady heat for your heat
The brew pad worked straight out the box and has been put to work. It holds the brew at a perfect temperature in an average temperature household. The only negative is the temperature strip included - the adhesive had either dried out or was just very poor as it wouldnโt stick to my demijohn. Otherwise itโs a good product

Nice gentle heat - no thermostat but thatโs ok
Used this heat pad to make a recent batch of 20 litres of wine. Fits nicely under the 30 litre primary fermenter. Used in a relatively cool back room. It doesnโt come with a thermostat, but that was made clear in the advert. I turn it off if the day is warm and on at night or when it cools - works fine for me. Very happy with product so far.

Home Brew Heat Heating Belt Pad
I bought this not for making beer or wine ,but for proving bread dough as my house can be a little on the cold side for proving dough and i do not have a handy linen / boiler cupboard. This works well for what i use it for. I constructed a box with a lid and put the pad in the box, cut a hole in a corner to allow the plug to pass through, fitted a temperature gauge to the lid just to keep an eye on it in case it gets to hot. I also placed two chopsticks on the pad just to keep the bottom of the bowl from direct heat. worked like a charm just like a proving box i seen for a massive price of over ยฃ100:00. I would recommend this if you want to prove bread. (Suppose it would work just as well for home brewing ha ha)

Good while it lasted
While this worked it was excellent, I had this connected to an Inkbird controller in my fermentation freezer and helped keep my beer at the desired temperature during brewing. Had a long cable which was handy for going from the controller into the freezer and under my fermenter. Simple to set up, survived the general moisture you get from that situation for the most part. Sadly after about 8 months it didnt look to be doing much, i took it out and it was barely warm to the touch after giving it ample opportunity to heat up.

Good
I use to sit my bread dough bowl on to help my bread rise, as my house is quite cold. Works perfectly
