デカい容器で漬け物をすることが多いのですが、殺菌作業がネックでした。 でもこれを使えばそんな手間なく仕込み器具類含め殺菌できます。 ちょっと濃いですが、浄水1Lにこれを2mlを良く溶かして噴霧器などに入れて使ってます。シュッシュして1分ほど置くだけ。水で流す必要無し(むしろ流してはダメ)。もちろん味や体に影響はありません。 生きてるうちに使い切れるかな...
