Best DTH provider. Excellent HD picture clarity. One can manage their DTH Account in Airtel Thanks app very easily. All HD Channels are available except Gemini Movies HD, Gemini Music HD, Star Maa Movies HD. i already requesed for those channels. Expecting those channels available soon. Unlimited recording facility available @180 per year. but saving those recorded programs to PC is not possible, because of copyright policy. and USB 2.0 not suitable for recording, 3.0 USB best to record HD channels. Adding and removing channels very easy in Airtel Thanks app just like changing channels using remote. Go and buy with out hesitation

Not bad
I'm using it from last 2 months. Not satisfied at all. Customer Care is pathetic. I had to spend 25 mins to fetch a yearly plan from some senior executive as they were only offering monthly plans. The dish is very weak to get signal. Every time rain fall occurs, the signal weakens. In fact, we get to know when it starts raining outside by watching TV! Moreover, my primary connection's remote stopped functioning today, in just 6 months! Only power key works and no other key is functioning! Unfortunately, we subscribed to annual plan and are suck with this connection.

Working fine till now
Ever since I have been using it, it's working fine. picture quality is good, and signal is also up to the mark. I have been using this Digital TV HD Set top box since a month with no problems, also weather was good since then and I will check it in bad weather conditions also because mostly these STB's give problems in bad weather conditions, till now it's working fine.
