Smaller than I thought it was going to be.

This is "cute", if you don't have alot of space is perfect but it holds such a small photo, like picture booth sized photo?! For the price I feel it's a bit of a rip off, actually a complete rip off considering i paid $40 for the tiniest frame with a tiny little urn in the heart that realistically holds about 3 drops of water ( I know it's not for water but so you can get an idea). I don't know what's so special about this that the seller would price it so high? if it were $20 I might of given 5☆ but it seems to be someone price gouging on others grief 🤔 If I didn't have this sent to my dad's house I would of returned it immediately, but since I bought it and it's for my mom who passed last week, he wants to keep it, so now I have to buy another 1 + this 1 as my mom will have a regular Size frame/ urn combo! Anyways I wouldn't buy this again nor would I recommend it to anyone, it's almost insult to injury to have something you definitely have to cut the pic for it to fit in show up, but it is my fault for looking at the pics nd not reading the dimensions! For that price I assumed, which backfired........ Again🙄

Very small and likes to fall over. I would like to hang it on the wall. However, it is very cute and I can have my cats ashes with a picture of him close to me forever

I purchased this for my son after his dad passed so he could have some of his dad's ashes always with him. This brought him to tears. What a special gift to be able to give. Loved this!!!

UPDATE- Replacement item arrived in great condition! I appreciate Amazon getting the replacement to me so quickly.The box obviously was wet at some point before being shipped (arrived in sealed plastic bag). It soaked through the box to the tissue paper and warped the velvet cardboard piece where it doesn’t lay flat as it should to be able to hold a photo in place. This should have been checked before being sent, especially considering how saturated the box was at some point. The dried spots on the tissue remind me of old blood when meat goes bad. Will be sending it back for a replacement. We just put our baby down yesterday and this is so heartbreaking to have to send this item back but worse is the fact that it was even shipped as it was without being inspected for damage first. I am already heartbroken and even more so now that something so special arrived like this. Just makes our loss even harder to deal with. I just can’t believe it was shipped like this.

Perfect gift.

The description was spot on, you got what they stated. However, I was unlucky and 2 out of the 3 I ordered had something wrong with it. Glad I opened them prior to taking them to the funeral home. The hook was broken off on 1, the cross was bent with the ash vail missing. Due to being light weight pewter was concern whether the hinge would break if I tried to twist it back. In my opinion they both appeared to have been opened the paper wrap was torn and loosely around the product. Went for replacement and seen the price increased since my order 2 days prior; The Amazon Rep sent out a replacement at the same cost and the label to return. Had to reach back out cause the label showed I was to return all 3; so back on the phone and this time understood I could take 2 bad and make 1 good unit. Overall worth the price but check prior to taking and having the ashes put in the vails. (Some places will not do this service for you unless you buy from them).

This was absolutely adorable but please note the picture size as I didn't and it is quite small but it still does work well and it's not too bulky on the shelf
