great product to bringflavours to soups and stews not jut for making miso soup’
I use miso as a flavour enhancer above pre made stock cubes’ its got a slightly sweet beefy flavour even though its not made with animal products’ very nice I like this brand because its clean and healthy

By far the best miso I've tasted, its delicious. On the expensive side but well worth it!

Fifty percent reduction of ingredients
The miso is excellent quality and having re-ordered in the past for the same product at the same price. However, on this occasion the amount of miso had decreased by 50% and the price was the same. Its like it arrived in miniature - never again!!!!

Too salty
Tastes nice enough, but after I eat it I need a pint of filtered water. It makes me thirsty because of the salt. 12g is a lot of salt.

Jar half empty
The jar is half empty and looks like a large spoonful has been taken out. Also the stuff is hardened and looks very old on the lid. There was no seal on the jar. Also the barcode covers the instructions and possible use by date. Not able to return which is disgusting as food stuff should come wrapped and sealed.

My spouse is extremely alergic to soy in any form. This product is suppose to be soy and wheat free?
