Very effective
I buy the Osteo Bi-Flex Ease for my husband. He swears by them. He takes them for knee pain and stiffness. They are small, coated and easy to swallow. I've bought these multiple times since he rarely raves about anything.

Easy to swallow
This version of osteo biflex is a small- medium-ish pill that is very easy to swallow and reasonably priced. I took it for several months before stopping bc I couldn't tell if it was working. I have ankylosing spondilytis and this is probably not the right supplement for that condition so it might help with other forms of arthritis or pain and stiffness. I like that there is 2 months worth of supplements in this package.

Smaller size, easier to swallow
I’ve been taking bio flex for 16 years now helps with my knees. Finally got my wife to start taking them after she started having problems with her knee. She had surgery on back in high school. The smaller tablets are very easy for her to take compared to the standard size. They have really helped the pain in her knee, not as noticeable great product.

BEST THING EVER!!!
I rarely give 5 star reviews. I just don’t. There’s no incentive for me to write this. I am a post menopausal mom from WI. I did something to my shoulder last winter and did chiropractic and rehab for 4 months with minimal results. I tried these and within the week I had full motion. Now… it could be some lucky coincidence that had nothing to do with this supplement and I’m now taking them for nothing. But, after double mastectomy surgery, I have to keep my shoulders limber.
