Are these accurate? Do you read it base on where the medicine lands or the top of the plunger?

I found them to be accurate. Measure the medicine, and remember the meniscus. Please look that up if you don't know what it is. There is ZERO residual medicine left in the syringe after plunger pushed all the way down, not wasting any meds. Hope this helps, but you were on the right track.
