Incredible sound rivaling more expensive earbuds
The sound quality on these is phenomenal even compared to more expensive models. They seem to fit a variety of ears and have excellent noise cancelation. They're on par with my old WF-1000XM4 from Sony but personally I think they're better. The design is really cool, classic Nothing brand design. Super easy to use and tweak the EQ and the bass is more than enough for even bass heads. Sub bass is solid too! For this price you can't really beat it.

Impressive and well-designed earbuds
I just saw a some earbuds review video on YouTube and then this product hit me at my first sight. Absolutely worth the price because of the design, the noise cancellation and the battery life. For the battery, it last a coupe days which was very helpful for me. The active noise cancellation, which I don't even have great expectation on it, end up being the most impressive part of this earbud. I have had bose and sony noise cancellation earphone before and this one is very close to this famous nrand. Volume control by the touch button on the earbud is very convenient, very easy to connect. This earbud has so many functions but the most genius design is the talk function, which make me easier when I have phone call on the train. I feel like I can't leave it now

Surprisingly powerful and well balanced earbuds!
I recently purchased this Nothing Ear 3 earbuds, and I’ve been genuinely impressed. The first thing that stood out to me is the Active Noise Cancellation - it’s incredibly effective for this price range. It blocks out background noise beautifully, whether I’m on public transport or working in office. The sound quality is also remarkable. The bass response is deep and rich, yet it doesn’t overpower the mids and highs. Vocals sound clean and detailed, and the overall sound signature feels very balanced and natural. Comfort-wise, the earbuds fit snugly and feel lightweight even after hours of use. The transparent design gives them a unique and premium look. Considering the price, would say it’s not cheap but it easily outperforms many competitors in the same range. The combination of solid build quality, impressive ANC, and great sound makes them an easy recommendation for anyone looking for stylish, high-performing earbuds without breaking the bank.

Great earbuds with some hefty considerations before purchase
The nothing ear 3 is a slight improvement over the previous model I had (ear 2). Despite being 2 generations removed, Nothing has made improvements that would benefit any user who has an older model. Pros: - improved battery life which is HUGE for me. My older model would die before my international flight ended. These do a good job requiring fewer charges. - quality internal metal pieces that help the aesthetic of the case - microphone is improved slightly - the gesture variety has been useful - spacial audio functionality - drivers seem to be more pronounced when making eq adjustments rather than small incremental changes - the sound is better than some of the higher priced brands. Sony's 2025 model and airpods pro do not have the same dynamic range, eq control, and more importantly integration across different devices. Cons - ear tips are still terrible, they fall out while running/making most head movements. Fit can vary but I needed to go 3rd party. There has been no improvement from the original I purchased. - "talk" button is tactile and usable but it's not necessarily a big difference compared to the in-ear microphone quality. It does block out surroundings better (and yes, I have been using it to Pei's recommendation) but it's just not worth it. It's really just a gimmick and I would sacrifice battery life/size if it meant the product would work better. - The plastic top is easily scratched. I recommend getting a case for it because throwing them in your bag or pocket will inevitably scratch that up. This is the same with the ear 2, however. - ANC is lackluster. For it's price, it needs to compete with others in the category so I think it fairs fine but comparing these the software to the Sony's and Apple's of the world it isn't great. I'm still able to hear things like background music at my gym. Overall, I would recommend these if you had a previous pair or enjoy the aesthetic of Nothing's incredible craftsmanship. There are some key issues that could make it better and I do think for the price point you can't do much better. I believe in Pei's vision for the company and love that he is transparent with the shortcomings the product has. I just wish ANC could be better because they truly are one of the best sounding wireless earbuds on the market.

You can't go wrong with these!
I have 2 pair of the Nothing (a)'s and love them. I decided to step it up and give the Nothing (3) a shot... And WOW, totally worth the extra bucks. The case is really nifty with the Super Mic on it is actually nice to have, especially in a noisy environment. It works very well. The sound is fantastic, deep bass and good highs & mids. And you have the ability to really customize them with extra features within the app. These are better than my Samsung Buds 3 pro for sure! The battery lasts! ANC is okay, but acceptable, ambient is good as well. To sum it up, you won't be sorry.

Incredible sound and design
I bought these after doing a bit of research on alternatives to the AirPod pros, and wow, I’m so glad that I did. They put out great sound, have awesome noise canceling and spacial audio, and a really unique case and design. I wasn’t sure at first whether I would like the look of them or not, but once I saw and felt them in person, I absolutely loved them. If you’re on the fence about buying these or sticking with your usual AirPods, GET THESE!!! They are 100% a worthy opponent to air pods in my opinion. You might even surprise yourself like me and end up liking these better.

I think this company is 5 years away from genuinely competing with the big players
First problem: I received an older version of the earbuds. Not a great start for a company trying to make a name for itself. I was torn between these and the Apple AirPods, and honestly, the Nothing Ear (3) had me excited — the design is slick, the sound is punchy, but the ANC struggled (I did have an older version) and the whole wrong-version delivery thing left a sour taste. Nothing is clearly a young company still figuring things out. A few more versions down the road, they might genuinely challenge the big players. But right now, at $200, these basic hiccups simply shouldn’t be happening. I purchased them again and returning the older version. But I also purchased the apple earbuds to compare. Same price atm.

Solid Sound and ANC, Case Mic Is Neat – Battery Could Be Better
I picked up the Nothing Ear (3) in white because I travel a lot for work and I was tired of shouting on calls in airports and windy streets. I used to live in Florida, now I’m in Delaware, so between conference calls, flights, and noisy hotel lobbies, I wanted earbuds with strong ANC, good mics, and decent battery that don’t look like everything else. My expectation: clear calls, punchy but not muddy sound, ANC that kills plane drone, and a case that isn’t a fingerprint magnet. I didn’t expect Bose-level ANC for the price. What you get & setup These are the Ear (3) with 12mm drivers, 45dB hybrid ANC, six mics in the buds, plus the “Super Mic” built into the aluminum case. You press a button on the case and talk into it for calls or voice notes. They’re IP54, support LDAC, dual-connect, and work with the Nothing X app for EQ, Personal Sound tests, and ANC modes. I paired them with an iPhone and a Windows laptop. Pros – what I actually like Sound is fun and detailed: Bass is definitely boosted out of the box – “overpowering, but in a fun and enjoyable way” – but it’s not muddy. Vocals come through clear and there’s more space than the last gen. Instrument separation is better. If you like low-end, you’ll like these. If not, the 8-band EQ in the app can tame it. ANC is strong for the price: On High, it knocks out AC, office chatter, and plane rumble pretty well. Testing shows about 35dB in lows and 38dB in highs, roughly 82% noise reduction. Not Sony WF-1000XM5 level, but good for $179. Transparency mode is natural enough for quick chats. Call quality with Super Mic: The case mic is the party trick. Press the button and talk into the case – it cuts wind and background noise better than bud mics alone. My calls have been clearer, especially outside. Regular bud mics are fine too, with bone-conduction pickup. Comfortable fit & design: The stem design sits well in my ears and doesn’t fall out on runs. The aluminum base on the case feels more premium than the old all-plastic ones. App + features: Dual-connect works smoothly between phone and laptop. Personal Sound does a quick hearing test and tailors EQ – it actually helped. Wireless charging and fast USB-C charging are here too. Cons – the trade-offs Battery life is mid: Nothing claims 5.5 hours ANC on, 22 hours total with case. In real use I got about 5 hours and change with ANC on, and the case only stretches that to ∼22 hours. The older Nothing Ear did 8+ hours. If you use LDAC, it drops to ∼3.5 hours. I’m charging the case more often than I’d like. Wind is still an issue: ANC is strong, but wind hitting the buds can overwhelm it and cause whooshing. The case mic helps on calls, but for music ANC outdoors isn’t perfect. Default tuning is bass-heavy: If you want neutral, you’ll be in the EQ. Out of the box it’s V-shaped with “noticeably heavy” low-end that can feel “overwhelming” on some songs. Highs can also get a little sharp on certain tracks. Price creep: At $179, they’re $30 more than the last gen. You’re paying for the aluminum case and Super Mic. If you don’t need the case mic, the older Ear or Ear (a) are cheaper. Case mic is situational: It works, but you have to pull the case out and hold it. Not ideal if your hands are full. And you can’t use it if the case is in your backpack. Practical uses I’ve had Great for flights – ANC + LDAC + EQ’d sound made 3-hour trips easy. I use dual-connect daily to flip between laptop Zoom and iPhone. The case mic saved me on a windy call outside PHL airport. For the gym, the IP54 rating and secure fit held up, and transparency mode let me hear announcements. Not my pick if you need 8+ hour battery days without the case. Did they meet expectations? Mostly yes. I wanted better call quality and strong ANC with a fun sound signature, and I got that. The Super Mic isn’t a gimmick – it does help. I didn’t expect class-leading battery or the flattest tuning, so I’m not disappointed there. I do wish battery life matched the older model. Value for money For $179, you get a lot: LDAC, good ANC, dual-connect, wireless charging, solid app, and that unique case mic. They undercut Sony/Bose by a lot while giving 80–90% of the performance. If you don’t care about the mic or metal case, the cheaper Ear (a) might be smarter. If you want the features, it’s fair.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top Design & starker Sound – klare Empfehlung!

Above and beyond
Bought them to try out, ended up using them as my primary drivers. The battery is the only thing that's a downgrade from the larger buds I used previously (JBL TOUR 2). Everything else is a clear upgrade: - sound quality - awesome - noise cancellation - excellent (better than AirPods Pro, worse than the over-ear Bose QC 35) - style - (subjective) I like it - microphone - fine (the built into the case one is a nice feature even though I haven't really found a clear use case for it yet) - charging - fast - bud size - ideal - controls - great: I like how it's a "pinch", not a "touch" control - companion app - no idea, never use apps - case size - smaller than JBL TOUR 2, still larger than AirPods Pro (which seems to be by far the best size of all) - value - average: it really depends on the budget, I consider 180 quid a decent price for a quality thinger - connectivity - can't complain, no additional value really A small hack (in the photo): the case also doubles as a phone stand. Unsure it's intentional, but works solid for my phone.
