Theory U: Leading from the Future as It Emerges Paperback – Illustrated, August 15, 2016

I spent weeks to read this book. It was worth the time spent. This book totally change my mindset from ego- to eco- prospective thinking. Highly recommended. I will continue to read more Otto's books and attend his MOOC course.

I took the MOOC course of MIT U Lab Leading from the Emerging Future, which has its roots in this and other books, like Presencing from Peter Senge, and the whole experience can be qualified as life changing

It is a 'must read' for those who do not stand any longer with the current patterns of doing things in this world, including society, business and their own lives.

This is a book about how business could improve. But the author has a Ph.D. and I don't, which made it hard to read.

Like the thunderbolt when you were already smelling the storm, this book unfolds a path to purpose. Self and Work.

Mind blowing. Life changing. A must read for those interested in making a positive impact =)

Brilliant! I wish all governments would read this!

It really, really needs editing and a coherent point. Read it three times and still could not understand what the author's takeaways were.
