It does pack more than usual clamshell. And I personally love the colour. I’m really glad it’s not a bright white. Someone said it’s more putty or bone white. I will add it could be described as Ash white. A great neutral colour that goes with my favourite tan, taupe and beige palette. I actually sat on it to rest and wait for a train (as per demonstration video) and it was completely intact. Useful for future waits needed where there is no seating! A great buy as I got it in the Amazon prime day sale too.

As I was hunting for a spacious carryon for my travels to Italy for two weeks, this and the Travel Pro were my top two. I didn’t want to splurge on travel pro without a good sale right before my trip so I decided to go with this one. I loved the trunk opening of this one as opposed to the clam shell. I was nervous as the price could’ve been equivalent to the quality of the item. It proved me wrong though as we navigated through the cobble streets, trains, metros, and buses of Rome, Florence, Bologna, Naples, Sorrento, and the ferry rides to and from Capri, Salerno, and Positano. Its durability and reliability amazed me. I feel I like I got my moneys worth in that trip alone. I only wheeled that and a travel backpack and was fine. You do have to pack smart but I would say that about any carry-on suitcase. The suitcase itself is light, but what you put in it obviously makes a huge difference. What I will say is, even in the last part of our trip where I put all of checked things in it and it was significantly heavier than when we arrived, it was still easy to pick up and move. I do wish they made a 22in in this but I made do with this size just fine. I loved this suitcase, it was good to me and I’m glad I bought it for my trip. I really love this elegant carry on. It's a good size and is light weight, but sturdy. The color is a nice creamy beige which will stand out from all the dark suitcases in a classy way. I love the look of a cream colored suitcase but was hesitant because everyone knows a light color would show scuffs. But... the texture will help hide minor scuffs that may happen over time and if it does get permanent marks, I can replace it without feeling too guilty considering the reasonable price. The handle extends easily and the wheels turn smoothly. I love that it is NOT the "clam shell" design that takes up so much room when you open it. If you use a couple of packing cubes, I bet you could easily fit a week's worth of smartly chosen outfits. I thought it had a "wet pocket" inside, but it doesn't. Just two mesh pockets. This isn't a big deal to me considering TSA limits wet items you can bring anyway and I will pack those in a separate bag. It has little feet on one long side so it doesn't have to rest on the wheels if you need it to orient another way. Overall, I am very pleased and can't wait to go on my next trip!
