I really enjoyed it, but it's concentrated, so use it in small quantities, mixed with regular red pasta sauce, basil leaves, and black pepper. It contains egg, so you can't store it in fridge beyond a few weeks. Once you open the jar, I suggest pouring it into 5 or 6 small tupperware containers and putting them all in freezer. Remove each container as you need it, so that remaining sauce doesn't spoil. I have kept in freezer for 4 months with no problems.
