what mini pump will fit in it?

The dimensions given in the ad are pretty accurate. I bought one for my girlfriend's bike (large). Then looked at Ibera's offering. I ordered one of those because the dimensions given in the Amazon ad were much larger. It turned out those dimensions were grossly inaccurate. I returned it to Amazon and got another Topeak large for my bike. In my opinion this Topeak is the absolute best in seat bags. I wish it were just a bit bigger, but it's working out ok. I carry a spare tube for our hybrid bikes, folding tool kit, tube repair kit, a set of 3 tire levers and an energy bar. with all that it's quite full. I would not consider anything but a large. I hope I helped you out.

Yes. I looked up the dimensions of the samsung galaxy s3 136.6 x 70.6 x 8.6 mm (5.38 x 2.78 x 0.34 in) and made a paper cut out. The phone should fit easily and I think you will still be able to fit some tools and a tire tube. I own the medium wedge pack.

I have a SelleRoyal Manhattan comfort seat with two rear springs. Behind these are two brackets with .5 in slots. Does anyone have a similar mount?

With the size of the seat you have, there are other choices. This bag is good, and you will be able to mount it, but it is a very slim profile. this is why I bought it for a tiny racing seat. The straps are adjustable velcro, and easily adaptable to any seat. But if you have a choice go larger.
