This cushion is a fraction the cost of one with over 100K reviews and IMO this one is way better. Its a bigger size making for a better fit in office chairs and is nice and thick giving plenty of support and comfort, noticing a good deal of pain relief in my lower back. Very pleased with purchase and even happier I saved money vs a higher rated one that was not as good.

I have lumbar spinal stenosis. This pillow is the most comfortable seat cushion I’ve ever purchased. At a recent 5day fundraiser where I was seated for several hours at a time. This cushion provided great support and I experienced limited, if any discomfort. Very portable with nice sturdy fabric handle. Highly recommend.

After allowing seat cushion to fully expand over three days, seat cushion feels it is more fluff/plush over firmness. The foam density is less than I anticipated. If you're on the mid to heavy side, this seat cushion won't provide relaxed comfort for long seating times. Only up to the first 30 minutes does this seat cushion provide comfort for myself a 220 pound male. Fabric cover & grip are of good quality. This seat cushion may be ideal for someone on the lighter or less heavy size. Sale price may lead one to believe this is a more premium seat cushion over lower priced similar seat cushions. This seat cushion is larger and thicker compared to most other seat cushions which is a plus if you have a bigger rump. Just wish it felt like it was built to provide long lasting comfort..
