Sentry Behavior Calming Diffuser White Dog Portable

Bought this out of desperation! I have had my dog for years. We have never hit him or done anything to cause him stress so to speak. I fact his life is pretty stress free in my opinion! I took him to the vet thinking he had urinary issues as he has peed in the house forever! Although he has a dog door and will go outside and use the yard for days and weeks without issue. This dog is very calm isn’t aggressive in the slightest. Barks like any other dog when the mail or Amazon is delivered. When people come over he will bark at them, sniff their foot then go lay down or walk around and do nothing at all. Never once in the 12 years has he ever been aggressive to anyone. He has sniped here and there at our other dog but has never gotten into a fight . Anyway, vet says he is marking. I have scrubbed and scrubbed. Used dog enzymes to remove all traces of urine. Even remove all the carpet in my home! Put him on a schedule for months an only to have him pee again a week later! So I bought this thing out of desperation! Scrubbed the entire floor 3 times before putting it out. First day he peed. Second day nothing. 3rd and 4th day peed again. Then nothing for a week. So I was like okay maybe he is getting it. Tonight I found this lovely little pee puddle right next to the stupid air disk that is supposed to make him feel all warm and cozy like his mom is their with him. I guess he hated his mom! I won’t be buying another one. It didn’t even lessen the problem. Giving it two stars because it is portable and I do like that about the product. To bad it doesn’t work.

I adopted a new dog that was a street dog and spent the first 7 months of his life on the streets. Then the next three in a shelter. Took him home he was fine with my other male dog a week later he started to mark my other dogs crate daily. I looked online to help with marking and found this. It had mixed reviews but I decided I have nothing to lose. Well opened it up the first night and he has not marked since. I have had it a week now and I couldn't be happier! This is on my monthly suscribe and save. They say it can take a week to work. Well it took less than 24 hours. I couldn't be happier!

I took this on a vacation we took with our 4 yr old dog. She's not hyper, she's a total sweetheart, but she has some travel anxiety despite loving to go on a car ride (or just going with us and not being left behind). We stayed somewhere that was dog friendly. She behaved, but she barely ate while we were away from home. I had hoped this would help her with that anxiety, but it did not. But she did not seem to cry or bark when we'd leave the rental without her to shop or tour, but that's because she's a really good dog, not because she doesn't like when we leave her. She doesn't freak out when we do, but she won't eat if we're not home. This didn't solve the problem. Since returning to our home, I have it in a living area unnecessarily, but I can't say that's had any effect on her at all.

Not sure if it even works I have noticed no change

I set up this diffuser just next to my pupper's crate to try to help ease her anxiety at bedtime. It's been about a week and there's zero discernable change in behavior. Maybe I'm not giving it enough time to do its sorcery, but thus far I'm not impressed. If anything changes, I'll update this review to reflect it. For now, I wouldn't recommend this product.
