Alright. I have psoriasis. I have tried ALL sorts of psoriasis shampoos and castile soaps. Products with sulfer, charcoal, tar. Most of them calm the itching, but dont make an actual impact. I tried Selsun shampoo years ago and it made it much worse. But I didnt know the key. Its conditioner. After trying this again it has almost completely eliminated the dead skin, redness and itching. Pair this with something like Cereve anti dandruff hydrating conditioner. Its working for me after years of trying different things. 10/10 would recommend

Over the winter, I had a case of very intense dandruff. I was on the market for something that would help my dandruff, and after reading the reviews for this product, I decided to give it a shot. It's works insanely well! Not only that it leave my head feeling tingly and minty (in other words, feeling super clean), but I definitely noticed a decrease in dandruff. I became less self-conscious when out in public, knowing that I didn't have to worry about dandruff on my clothes or falling out whenever I would exercise. I will say, though, that you should not use this product on a daily basis/every time you're showering. It's a pretty intense medication, so it can leave your hair feeling very dry if you use it too often. I didn't know this, and so I got to a point where my hair was feeling very crispy. I just wanted to make this disclaimer, but overall, it's an affordable product that gets the job done!

I used Head & Shoulders and T/Gel and they didn't really solve my dandruff problem. When a friend recommended Selsun Blue to me, I checked it out and it worked phenomenally. when I would swipe my hand on my hair so much dandruff came out that it looked like it was snowing. Now I dont think I have any dandruff. I use it like twice a week. Would definitely recommend

I started using this shampoo about few weeks ago after dealing with stubborn dandruff that just would not go away. The product definitely works for clearing up flakes and reducing the itching on my scalp. After just two washes I noticed real improvement which was encouraging. The medicated formula contains selenium sulfide and it does what it claims to do. My scalp feels cleaner and the embarrassing white flakes on my shoulders are mostly gone now. I appreciate that a little bit of product goes a long way so the bottle should last me several months. However, there are some things that keep this from being perfect. The smell is very strong and medicinal. It has that menthol scent which reminds me of being in a pharmacy. While the smell does not linger too much after rinsing, it can be a bit overwhelming during the shower itself. Another issue is that I need to use a good conditioner after every wash because the shampoo can leave my hair feeling a bit dry and stiff. Without conditioner my hair looks dull and feels rough to the touch. I also noticed that my hair seems slightly more brittle than before I started using it. The price is reasonable and the bottle size is decent. I only use it twice per week as recommended and alternate with my regular shampoo on other days. This helps prevent too much dryness while still keeping the dandruff under control

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this anti-dandruff shampoo? It gets rid of dandruff, and it makes your head tingle. It works well. Took care of my dry scalp after just one use! It’s a good product. It works as advertised and takes care of the problem it was designed for. What else needs to be said? If you’re flaky, get it. You won’t be after one or two shampoos.

This product helped me with my seborrheic dermatitis and is also a really good product. I also have 4c hair and it's hard to find good products for curly/coily hair so this was a great buy. Also made my scalp feel very refreshed.

My head sweats a lot. This shampoo has been a life saver. I use it once a week and it helps keep the itchy dandruff away during that time (unless i sweat a lot then I jeed to use it twice a week) No other shmpoo comes close to helping my sweaty itchy dandruff head. (My dandruff is caused by the sweating and the sweating makes my head very itchy) Will be keeping this in my routine for as long as possible. Shampoo does not dry out my hair, i do however use a very good conditoner, but when i run out i do notice the shampoo still leaves my hair in decent condition. The smell isnt great, but i have gotten used to it. Its a medicated menthol smell. Not awful and doesnt seem to linger after the shower. Consistnecy is really nice. Its thick liquid and easily suds up. I usually start this process in my hands. I only apply to scalp and roots. I do not apply purposely to mid hair saft and ends. (Those areas almost never need shampoo apllied to them unless you've used a lot of hair products and are using a clarifying shampoo) Bottle lasts me a decent while (couple months) as it doesnt take much to wash your scalp and hair roots. I massage this in very well really digging into my scalp with finger pads. I then let it sit for approx 10 minutes before rinsing. My hair is dandrudd free as long as i use this. To reiterate its caused my head/scalp sweating which it does way more then most ive noticed.

I use it for fungal acne in the face and it works wonderfully

Na 20 jaar eindeloze bezoeken aan dokters, dermatologen, meerdere lotions, shampoos, dieten en noemen maar op, eindelijk verlost van jeuk en schilfers! Ik kan zelfs tussendoor "gewone" shampoo gebruiken zonder klachten te krijgen!

Yaklaşık bir yıldır süregelen kepek sorunum vardı. Son zamanlarda kafa kaşıntım artmıştı. Piyasadaki bilindik markaları kullandım ancak verim alamadım. Selsun Blue' nun bu kadar etkili olacağını beklemiyordum. Hem kepek hem kaşıntı sorunuma çok iyi geldi. Artık gönül rahatlığıyla siyah giyebiliyorum.
