**Q: The product process has now changed. Can the wax be poured into the pot (which is now for hot water) and heated in the microwave like before?**
A: Sorry bit I didnt know it had changed. I still have the wax on the pot type.

**Q: Does it only get rid of hairs close to the edge or can it also tackle the hairs hanging down the centre that you can see dangling in the middle!? Gros**
