The main reason this book is so valuable is Poliquin offers numerous advanced training information through his own research, trial/error by experimenting and producing World class Olympic Champions and World record holders. I feel this book is a huge time saver by providing very valuable compressed information which is difficult to acquire through large University text books. Straight to the point and Evidence Based advanced Strength Training information by the most successful Strength Coach in the world is provided all throughout so I feel very fortunate to own this rare book, which cost per copy has gone up considerably compared to my purchase cost. I've applied these book tips on myself and the results have been rapid, effective and efficient with producing Hypertrophy and Strength in a world champion training fashion.
