What a disappointment
First. It arrived in a damaged box with no hardware. But because Amazon only would accept a return of the entire bed I contacted the company directly and and least I can say the customer service at the company was awesome; they sent me all the needed hardware free. But Once I put everything together the bed buckled under the weight of the mattress. The side rail was upside down and I needed to unscrew it before I could begin assembly. I read the reviews that said the screws sucked and bought my own. Many drill holes were off but for the price I figured I could fix it myself. I was wrong. Don't make the same mistake. Now I need to disassemble the whole piece of s*** and sent it back but am exhausted and sleeping on my mattress on the floor and drinking away my sorrows with cheap red wine.

I love the idea and despise the execution
I love the idea and despise the execution. This product was shipped in poor cardboard wrapping. The bolts and metal corners were missing because the cardboard was broken. The middle support legs were not finished like in the picture. We could not assemble and sent it back.

Just the basics
I wanted a cheap platform bed frame and that is what I got...it was super easy to put together but definitely recommend a power screw driver with all of the drives as that will cut down on time tremendously...I did it all by hand with the small allen wrench and my trusty screw driver and it took an hour to do but very labor intensive...I have read all of the bad reviews and I am hoping it holds up to the test of time...the wood used for the planks are not very strong...I am going to measure the whole bed and place a full piece of board for more stability

Looks great, assembly needs work, quality needs serious work
Looks great, but assembling it was painful. None of the screw holes aligned. I had to file down the bracket holes just to make the corners fit. And of the 4 legs three of them didn't fit; I had to drill new holes for them.Edit: I've had this for a while now and I absolutely regret buying this. Along with everything stated above. The 3 smaller support legs in the middle are terrible. After a few weeks they broke off and I had to fix them weekly. The screws that connect them to the center support rail are super short and the wood is so weak the screws just break out. Without all the support legs there, the flimsy wooden cross slats cave in so much my bed would sink and caused serious back pain. Total nightmare. I removed the support legs and replaced them with 3 paint cans, which happen to be the same height, to support the frame and it's a million times better now.

Good frame for the price. Attention: Buy and use your own wood screws for the cross-boards (size 6X3/4'').
All the holes in the parts aligned properly and everything in the assembly went smoothly, BUT for one part.Although all the other parts seem to be of decent quality, the company decided to use the CHEAPEST wood screws it couldget, that is the small wood screws that attach the cross-boards to the frame. As a result, with the slightest slip of the screwdriver their heads immediately got busted before being able to screw them all the way in.I had to pull out many of them with a pair of pliers. I ended up going to a hardware store and buying a batch of better-quality screws. After that, assembly was fast and easy.My advice is to get a batch of good quality wood screws, 6 X 3/4'' in size, from a hardware store (will cost a couple of bucks), and use those instead.Otherwise, for the price, this is a fairly good product.

" I wonder if that's because they don't want retailers to know how crappy this package is
My purchase came without items listed in the instructions, with items not actually used in the instructions. In big bold type, the instructions inform me "Please do not Return Your Item to the Retailer." I wonder if that's because they don't want retailers to know how crappy this package is. They provide technical support allegedly for six hours a day, five days a week. But guess what... the number goes straight to voice mail, even during those hours. So, it appears I'm stuck with a bed frame I can't use.

DO NOT BUY- NOT SAFE!
I am providing 0 stars! This bed fell apart while we were sleeping on it after 1 night! It split right down the leg while my husband was asleeps allowing him to hit the floor.

Good Design/Poor Quality Control
Like the design, but mediocre quality control. 1. Sent the wrong product--ordered medium oak queen and mahogany king sent. 2. Foot rail misdrilled and mismarked, causing one end of the rail to be higher than the other. 3. Way too few lock washers of correct size, way too many of lock washers that did not fit anything in the package. 4. Center rail support (good idea, this) is not marked separately-spent ten minutes searching and finally found a slat that was drilled just a bit differently than the cross slats, from which I inferred it was meant to be the center support rail (if it looks 99% like a cross slat, please obviously market it as the center support rail). 5. Some nicks and gouges in end posts.
