Perfect for morning coffee, plus cinnamon & cream. Also use it often in stir-fry. This tastes wonderful and is long-lasting in the bottle. I love it & have subscribed for regular delivery.

Best ginger dressing in a glass jar, with a secure lid. Taste great and serves my purpose. I am accustomed to Japanese cooking, which require minced ginger. I’m tired of buying expensive ginger, at the stores. Ginger is difficult, to cut, and Mince, even when I put ginger in a garlic crusher. It’s great to have fresh ginger, but it’s even better, not to have to deal, with it.

Very good and fresh

I love this minced ginger and eat it every day, and have been buying it for years. Unfortunately, the last two large jars I ordered (two separate orders) arrived unsealed and had leaked into the box. I hate wasting food and really hope you guys improve the seal on the lid, or the packing materials. I don’t want to return and waste this delicious food. I had to return the first one since it had started to mold around the inside of the lid. Help me help you! xx

I've purchased this before and it was wonderful but this time around this is what I received- (see photos) I depend this product for my well-being and routine and I was so happy and excited for my package on my front porch until what I ended up with. Waste of money if they're going to keep shipping it like this.

I usually buy this exact brand at the store and it’s usually yellow in color. Thought I would order here and the ginger was a brown color. Just going to trash it and get it at the store. If you get fresh this product is great.

When your dish needs that shot of ginger, here's a great go to. Great flavor...just don't expect equivalent to fresh. Note: Ordered 2 jars...one was damaged in shipping, not well packed. Amazon replaced it, though, so no complaints.
