I got the Savya Home® Delta Executive Ergonomic Office Chair a few months back, and I have been extremely impressed with its quality and functionality. As someone who spends long hours sitting at a desk, having a comfortable and supportive chair is crucial for my productivity and overall well-being. Nicely packaged - nothing was damaged in transit. Quality of material is good, finishing is decent and looks & feels durable. The chair is easily operable for lift, tilt and swivel. The chair is comfortable overall but for the armrest. I had ordered two chairs, which were shipped separately, from separate locations. One arrived today. I cancelled the other to order a different model as the arm rest is trough (U) shaped, which is uncomfortable when the arms move sideways while operating the computer keyboard or mouse. I suggest the OEM should consider changing the armrest design to inverted curve or flat shape. The arm rest is detachable, so I believe this can be easily replaced, or can the OEM consider sending me foam sleeves for the arm-rest?

I bought this in October 2019, and writing this review in December 2020. The chair is completely worthless now. ISSUES FROM BEGINNING : 1. The back support is small height. My long WFH hours resulted in almost constant neck pain. 2. The rolling wheels are of bad quality. It doesn't rotate easily and in any direction. I used to shift the rollers with hands and then, pull it. Also, it feels almost as if you are sliding it than rolling it, when pulled across 3. The hand rest is not adjustable. Besides, mine was slightly tilted and wouldn't get straight. So, there was always the discomfort in placing hands. ISSUES OVER THE YEAR 1. The backrest mesh got torn, by the sharp metal on its metal backend (see picture) 2. The seat used to get really warm, and it's not breathable. There are pores on the seat alright, but they tend to only increase sweating 3. The seat got broken from below. I once shifted while sitting and came too close to the edge, and the chair literally broke. For last 2 days, I tried to make it work, but it has made sitting for long impossible I have never been so disappointed in a chair. I have ordered a new one, but hopefully this will save some guy like me, who is planning to buy it now.

I wasn't planning to write this review until. its been exactly a year since i last ordered this chair. It came with two screws missing which it was suppose to be three of them. i didn't think of it as a big deal. i went to some local stores to get similar screws which i did find. it worked for few months until the screws started loosening up on its own and the top part of the chair broke due to it while i was leaning on it. i picked it up and did the screws again. worked great for few more months and then today, that happened again. while i was leaning on the chair, i fell and rolled over on my back. the chair broke in half again. while the chair is good and cheap i do not recommend it cause i use it in constant thought that such incident may happen again. this time it was my back that got hurt. mayb it will be head the next time. i have uploaded a picture also to let you know what exactly i am talking about.

Writing this review after more than one year of use. I was little doubtful when I bought this chair. Thanks to most of the negative review comments. This chair was one of the cheapest office chair at that time. Since I do not want to spend much (thinking that work from home will be short term :-)) I bought this. The packing was perfect. Assembling the chair was also not that difficult. Most of the chair parts are plastic. The foam in the seat is comfortable for long duration usage. The back support mesh is good and give better aeration. The only downside I experience is on the hand rests. They are thin and bends when you balance your body on it. And for me the hand rest is little lower than my elbows. So as a result its not completely ergonomic. For this price we cannot expect more. I am sure this is far better than what we get in market for 5-6K (i bought this for 3.5K). If you are looking for basic chair you can bank on this chair. I did not regret in buying this. If you want a complete ergonomic compliant chair, this is not for you. Also be ready to spend more.

The chairs are decent and worth the price paid. The only downside is that the chairs are inconsistent and the tools that come with the chairs are of substandard quality. As a person who is very DIY-minded, I have my own tools so assembly and setup were a breeze. But if I had to use the tools provided, then I would probably give this a much lower rating. A couple of our chairs have a mesh-like seat cushion area, which the others are plain cushions without the net-like effect. The levers are also inconsistent. Some have them higher, others are lower. The lock for the backrest only seems to work at one particular angle and not the others. Center of balance can be quite bothersome for taller people who want to lean back and stretch (i.e., it will topple over backwards if you lean too far back if you're a tall person like me).

I have been using the item for six years now. Suddenly without any warning, the bottom frame cracked and I had a very bad fall.
