Is the coaxial cable already permanently connected to the antenna? i ask because i have a rg6 coaxial cable i want to use

does this antenna work with non HDTV's?

With all over the air signals being digital now you would have to have an HDTV or a Digital Converter Box hooked up to a none HDTV for the antenna to work. I connected the antenna, but there are no instructions on how to get the channels. Where do I get the instructions? Instructions after plugging in.

I used this to set up my daughter’s tv.
After putting it in the right spot on the back of your TV make sure you have your tv set for antenna. Try to place the antenna as close as you can near a window for the best reception. Once that is done your tv should start picking up stations through the airwaves. If it still doesn’t work check to see on the back of your tv if there’s another place to connect it to. Hers automatically picked up over 25 channels. I hope this helps.
