does the spray or wash in work better? which is easier?

The spray is an easier method for treating your apparel. The wash-in may last longer, however this depends on how often you'll be using your clothing.

Do all bottle sizes come with the sparay attachment? The one pictured has none.

Found out the large refills do not come with a nozzle….idiocy for an overpriced product alread

Can I use this on a down vest?

I would say yes. I have used it on 2 down jackets and had good results.

what bottle to buy, color or no color?

Buy both. One is to wash out old detergents and the second is the waterproofing.
