Structure
The moap is smooth and easy to install but the only problem is its tip which may create a friction while moaping. I tied a small piece of cloth around it to avoid the friction.

it arrived in damaged packaging & missing the piece {part 4in photos} that goes into the head of the mop so it's unusable

Itโs a little heavier than I would like and hard to wring out. Also the mop head comes off the handle when mopping.
