Got it on 2018 and now it's 2020.I bought it for my one foot BETA tank(14x7x7 inch) and it cycles the water at a rate of 10-15 times an hour.The tank is clean and there's no smell at all.It's been two yearsr since I bought and no issues.It's silent as a library.Perfect for small tanks.Pro: Quiet, Compact, low maintenance, good filtering, has carbon pellets.Con: you may have to replace the cartridge after 2 years, the filter membrane is soft and gets damaged easily when you wash.I bought it for Rs: 343/-(2018) if you're gonna be paying more than Rs: 350/- then just get one from your local store.

Product was good but over rated. In the open market it's available for Rs. 600/-. Found after purchasing it online

The product stopped working after only sometime waste of money not worth it to buy this

I have ordered the product in 2021 October and it's been running for almost 20 hrs everyday. Sadly the motor stopped working yesterday and need to replace it now with another motor

Delivered in 22nd Sept. Hwever today it stopped filtering water. Dont knw the reason. Immediately replace

Using this one for 1.5 feet tank length and filter does a good job..hardly need to siphon. There is slight room for biological media that can be added around the carbon catridges. Silent aswell. Go for it. Slightly expensive than other brands, however quality is good.

The filter is great. Super quite and effective. There's plenty of space to add extra filteration material. The supplied filter cartridges are average at best. I will wait a few months to see how they hold up to regular maintenance.One drawback of this is that that outflow is extremely smooth, meaning it doesn't agitate the surface at all. If your tank has a problem with oil film buildup, this will only aggravate it. Only reason I'm pulling 1 star out. It is perfect otherwise.

Must buy. I'm using it on my 10 gal tank. The water us crystal clear. I've added some filter media of my own. I'd recommend you to do the same. Add some ceramic rings for bio filtration and a sponge to absorb the heavy particles. Great product.

Small, cheap filter. Works great for what it is! It's been running about a month or two with no trouble. The adjustable flow is good for my betta who can't handle currents, and it keeps the water very clean in his 10 gallon tank.Will update if I have issues.

Ich bin positiv überrascht, für wenig Geld ein gutes Produkt erhalten. Der Einbau war einfach, habe selber Filtermaterial eingegeben. Die Aktivkohle aus den mitgelieferten Filtern habe ich entfernt. Die Pumpe ist regulierbar und läuft sehr leise. Man muss allerdings etwas probieren und eventuell etwas unter den Rand, an den die Pumpe hängen soll, unterlegen, oder etwas hinter die Pumpe klemmen, das Kabel anders legen, das Rohr, das sich ausziehen lässt, etwas verändern in der Länge usw. Einfach ausprobieren und unbedingt vor Inbetriebnahme den Behälter mit Wasser füllen.Bis jetzt super, würde ich wieder kaufen.

I got my little filter this morning and went over it and installed it. Overall, it's not a top dollar Marineland or Fluval, but at less than $15 how could I go wrong? I mean so long as the pump pulls a sufficient amount of water and does so quietly, then that's really all a hang-on-back filter needs to do. Is it quiet? Yes. Does it pull water? Yes. There you have it. Once installed you can certainly use the provided filter pads or prepare your own filtration media as I will do. Mine is being used on a 15 gallon high aquarium that will be planted and used for fancy guppies and a few cherry shrimp. That being said, this filter is sufficient for a 10 gallon or less, but going beyond a 15 gallon tank will be pushing its ability to adequately filter the water. No worries though, as I've seen SunSun filters for larger tanks, and I own a SunSun canister filter as well as a few circulation fans for my larger tanks.Note: the pump itself is attached to the water intake pipe, NOT inside the filter box itself as you'll see on most name brand filters. I don't know that it makes a nickel's worth of difference, but I've seen this more often than not on many of these less expensive filters and protein skimmers.
