Using this flirter from last one year. Still working.

The filter is great. Super quite and effective. There's plenty of space to add extra filteration material. The supplied filter cartridges are average at best. I will wait a few months to see how they hold up to regular maintenance. One drawback of this is that that outflow is extremely smooth, meaning it doesn't agitate the surface at all. If your tank has a problem with oil film buildup, this will only aggravate it. Only reason I'm pulling 1 star out. It is perfect otherwise.

It's a very good filter. But it's is best for less than a two feet tank. My tank height is 30CM but the filter height is 15CM . So, it leave tank dust in corners

Must have product, very effective and completely silent.Does a very good job of cleaning the aquarium.

Stop working after 2 weeks

Got it on 2018 and now it's 2020. I bought it for my one foot BETA tank(14x7x7 inch) and it cycles the water at a rate of 10-15 times an hour. The tank is clean and there's no smell at all. It's been two yearsr since I bought and no issues. It's silent as a library. Perfect for small tanks. Pro: Quiet, Compact, low maintenance, good filtering, has carbon pellets. Con: you may have to replace the cartridge after 2 years, the filter membrane is soft and gets damaged easily when you wash. I bought it for Rs: 343/-(2018) if you're gonna be paying more than Rs: 350/- then just get one from your local store.

1. I received with its suction strainer missing and due to that I lost my one fish.. 2. If it's main filter will wornout then you will not get it in any market. 3. It is very difficult to clean as it's motor is very complicated. 4. Good thing is that it's working very silently.

Small, cheap filter. Works great for what it is! It's been running about a month or two with no trouble. The adjustable flow is good for my betta who can't handle currents, and it keeps the water very clean in his 10 gallon tank. Will update if I have issues.

This filter is amazing it has a thin sleek design , assembly was no problem even without pictures and its really quiet.

I got my little filter this morning and went over it and installed it. Overall, it's not a top dollar Marineland or Fluval, but at less than $15 how could I go wrong? I mean so long as the pump pulls a sufficient amount of water and does so quietly, then that's really all a hang-on-back filter needs to do. Is it quiet? Yes. Does it pull water? Yes. There you have it. Once installed you can certainly use the provided filter pads or prepare your own filtration media as I will do. Mine is being used on a 15 gallon high aquarium that will be planted and used for fancy guppies and a few cherry shrimp. That being said, this filter is sufficient for a 10 gallon or less, but going beyond a 15 gallon tank will be pushing its ability to adequately filter the water. No worries though, as I've seen SunSun filters for larger tanks, and I own a SunSun canister filter as well as a few circulation fans for my larger tanks. Note: the pump itself is attached to the water intake pipe, NOT inside the filter box itself as you'll see on most name brand filters. I don't know that it makes a nickel's worth of difference, but I've seen this more often than not on many of these less expensive filters and protein skimmers.

Seems to work well for my 5gallon cube. Hopefully it held move co2 around the tank. My Betta fish doesn't seem bothered by the flow. Not a fan of the motor inside the tank.

I'm using this on a 3 gallon bettank tank. Simple to set up, simple to run. It's not perfect but I don't want super high flow in a betta tank anyway. With 50% weekly water changes it keeps his tank looking nice though, it's got a narrow width so the tank fits nicely on a bookshelf still.o use bulk carbon and poly filter and alternate which I change out when cleaning. I'm happy with my purchase, would order another one for similar small tanks and inhabitants.
